**TEMPORARILY POSTPONED**Distillery After Dark: Celebrating Chocorua
Celebrate our region's most iconic mountain and your favorite rye whiskey with this month’s edition of Distillery After Dark. Together we will explore our scratch-made distillation process and you will experience first-hand how our Chocorua Rye Whiskey is made and the history behind it. Each spirit is a taste of our home, and a result of the work of partners large and small. From honeybees to farmers, our recipes are born from the crops we grow and the histories buried in the soil below.
Together we will decipher the language of whiskey, from Bottle In Bond to straight to blended, covering the differences between scotch, bourbon, and rye whiskey, and what that means for the resulting liquid. The evening will commence with a hands-on mixology lesson and dessert in the barrel house!
